Returns & Exchanges
At Divain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
